Transformation isn’t about fixing what’s broken, it’s about reclaiming what was lost.

For years, I ran from my pain, believing survival meant outrunning the past. But during the stillness of the pandemic, I had no choice but to face the truth, I could no longer outrun my trauma. I stood at a crossroads, caught between surrendering to the weight of my past or choosing life. In that moment, a voice inside me whispered, “Try one more time, for me.” It was the little girl I had abandoned years ago. I promised to rescue her, and that commitment changed everything.

That choice led me through doors I never expected, deep therapeutic work, grief that finally had space to breathe, and profound spiritual connection. I released emotions that had been locked away for decades, felt my mind clear, and saw my story in a new light. My childhood, once a wound, became my training ground for deep compassion.

Healing isn’t just about feeling better, it’s about becoming. Through lived experience and professional training, I now hold space for others navigating their own transformations. My approach is a balance of gentle challenge and deep warmth, because real growth requires both.

Through a combination of professional training and practical expertise, I offer a thoughtful, client-centered space for healing and personal well-being.

Counselling Approaches & Models

Each approach I use is rooted in somatic awareness, recognizing the profound connection between the body and emotional healing. Whether working with trauma, attachment patterns, self-reclamation, or psychedelic integration, somatic practices provide the foundation for deep, embodied transformation. This means that regardless of the modality, sessions will include body-based awareness, nervous system regulation, and holistic integration to support lasting change.

Psychedelic Integration

Psychedelic Integration is about making sense of experiences that arise during or after psychedelic journeys. It’s a space for processing insights, navigating emotional shifts, and grounding transformation into daily life. Rather than viewing the experience as an isolated event, integration helps weave its meaning into a person’s healing path with care, self-awareness, and support.

NeuroAffective Relational Model

NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) is a therapeutic approach for complex trauma and attachment wounds, focusing on present-moment awareness, nervous system regulation, and relational healing to foster deeper self-connection and emotional resilience.

Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic modality that helps individuals understand and integrate different “parts” of themselves, such as protective, wounded, or exiled aspects. It is based on the idea that everyone has a core Self that is compassionate, wise, and capable of healing.

IFS supports deep emotional healing by fostering self-awareness, inner harmony, and connection between these parts, allowing individuals to move beyond internal conflict and into greater self-trust.
